EIFS-clad buildings allow the display of watertables, keystones, quoins, arches, and cornices, creating façade depth and facilitating the intended architectural design. EIFS trim and mouldings (i.e., decorative profiles, shapes, and mouldings) are influenced by exposure, safety and/or structural considerations.
